Tasks and Responsibilities

The Electronic Document Management System is a system that ensures the management of documents in electronic form, preserving the content, metadata, format, and relational properties of documents that may constitute evidence of the institution's activities, and managing their administration within the chain of custody.

  • Manage the process of document management principles and methods from the production of correspondence and generated documents in business processes to the formation, organization, evaluation, selection, and transfer to the archive according to document management principles and methods.
  • Define and implement the process of producing documents in electronic form supported by an e-signature system in business processes and establish the university's EBYS system and e-government integration.
  • Manage physical archive tasks, ensure the construction of a central building within the framework of legal regulations prescribed for the university, collect administrative, legal, financial, cultural, and research value-bearing archive documents of the university in this building, classify, preserve, and make them available for research according to the principles and methods of document management and archive discipline.
