Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of budgets for the Private Office, General Secretariat, Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, and Investment Budgets.
  • Monitoring budget allocations throughout the year and executing allocation, additional allocation, and transfer transactions as per requirements.
  • Tracking of permanent employees (Cleaning - Security - Driver) across three separate workplaces within our Presidency; handling salary payments, collective bargaining agreements, and compensation payments, including their union rights.
  • Processing of SGK notifications for permanent employees.
  • Management of BES (Individual Pension System) procedures for permanent employees.
  • Monitoring execution procedures for permanent employees.
  • Initiation of retirement procedures for permanent employees, calculation, and finalization of seniority payments.
  • Allocation of Seniority Compensation Reserves for permanent employees annually.
  • Disbursement of Retirement Allowances for permanent employees.
  • Accrual process for budget vouchers within the framework of lunch assistance for civil servants.
  • Preparation and dispatch of requested information and documents regarding past and current court cases of permanent employees and subcontractors by the Legal Consultancy.
  • Execution of tasks and procedures related to technical opinions as per the protocol with the Public Procurement Authority.
