Tasks

The duties of our Presidency include;  All personnel expenses and purchases of goods and services belonging to the units of our Rectorate, internal and external purchases of machinery and equipment carried out within the framework of applicable laws and regulations, recording, storing, distributing, cleaning, lighting, heating, maintenance-repair and similar services, ensuring that existing resources such as staff and materials are used in the most appropriate and efficient way in order to carry out transportation and transportation services in an economical and effective manner, the distribution, classification and archiving of internal and external documents and execution of civil defense, security and environmental control works.
