Tasks and Responsibilities

• The procurement processes for Vehicle Rental Services, Fuel Purchase, Cleaning Supplies, and Private Security Services, which are carried out from the general budget of our University's Rectorate.
• The purchasing procedures conducted through The State Supply Office.
• The needs of our University and other Public Institutions, as outlined in the protocols signed between them.
• The processes of Preparation, Tendering, Contract Signing, and Payment, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and the relevant legislation, as well as the Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018.
• Handling the necessary correspondence with the Legal Counsel in the context of resolving disputes arising from the procurement of goods and services.
