About Us

Our university’s Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs was established according to article 51 of the Higher Education law number 2547. The duties of the former Department of Financial services and the Department of Support Services are fulfilled by Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs.


To provide machines-equipment and financial resources and personnel under our department within current legal regulations to President’s central units as well as faculties, academies, institutes, departments and centers to contribute with services and operations in the most economical and efficient way.


To be an exemplary department, specialized in its work, surrounded with technological facilities showing all scientific modern developments in its work with its services using its resources in the most efficient way.
