Tasks and Responsibilities

• Prior to the start of any events organized by Students/Student Communities/Academic Units/Administrative Units, confirmation is obtained to ensure permission, and monitoring is provided by at least 1 SSO (Security Shift Officer). A final situation report is submitted to the Security Directorate at the end of the program.
• For events with high attendance, protocol, or expected high-level participation, upon management's request, Security Measures are coordinated with law enforcement agencies by requesting Security Measures from the Ankara Governorship.
• Security measures are taken in coordination with law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety of areas where Authorities, University Management, and high-level protocol participants are located.
• All other tasks assigned by the University management are fulfilled by our unit.
