Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and controlling the university's and Private Security Company's security members related to our unit
  • Preparing technical specifications for Private Security Companies procurement
  • Controlling Private Security Company's actions to conform them according to technical specifications
  • Controlling Private Security Company for conforming their duties about the technical specifications
  • Setting the number of security members for University's Campuses
  • Controlling the eligibility of security members of Private Security Company
  • Transferring security members between University's Campuses in case of necessity
  • Recording all events in campuses and reporting them to General Secretariat
  • Making correspondences in the name of University according to the Private Security Services Law no: 5118
  • Taking security measures for the university's all campuses
  • Providing coordination between institutions and taking security measures for special events, meetings
  • Executing other orders incoming from University Administrators
