Tasks and Responsibilities

• The Transportation Branch Directorate carries out the transportation services of our university and performs the functions of operation, transportation, maintenance, repair, supply, and allocation of motor vehicles.
• Providing transportation, document distribution, and freight services for the Faculties, Institutes, and Colleges within the University Central Units and campus, allocating service vehicles to the Faculties, Institutes, and Colleges in Gölbaşı locations.
• Ensuring the maintenance and repair of vehicles to keep them ready for service, handling the traffic, registration, technical inspection, insurance, and toll procedures of vehicles.
• Preparing the Technical Specification for the procurement of annual fuel expenses, submitting it to the tender commission, and providing and monitoring fuel expenses.
• Handling the temporary domestic and international assignment procedures of drivers, maintaining duty tracking forms; keeping vehicle assignment records, processing procedures related to vehicles whose economic life has expired in the university records, arranging suitable work distribution for drivers, tracking vehicle requests received via the internet, etc.
