Tasks and Responsibilities

The Real Estate Management Office, established within the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department of our Rectorate, aims to carry out the leasing procedures left to our university by the protocol signed between our university and the Ankara Provincial Directorate of National Real Estate on January 14, 2013. Previously conducted by the Provincial Directorate of National Real Estate, leasing procedures for all commercial units (such as cafeterias, canteens, lounges, dining halls, tea houses, GSM base stations, PTT branches, advertising panels, ATM locations, food and beverage vending machines, photocopying areas, etc.) belonging to the Treasury or jointly owned with the Treasury and allocated to our university, and those owned by our university that can be used for commercial purposes, are conducted in accordance with the relevant articles of Law No. 2886 on Public Procurement and the General Circular No. 300 on National Real Estate.

  • Preparation of leasing tenders for real estates,
  • Monitoring rental payments for leased properties,
  • Monitoring electricity, water, and heating payments for leased properties,
  • Maintaining records of all commercial units,
  • Handling correspondence related to real estates.
